What You Do

You're a peer navigator - someone who's been there, supporting someone going through what you went through.

Your role:

• Weekly check-ins with 5-10 participants
• Verify milestone progress
• Upload proof to blockchain
• Provide encouragement (not surveillance)
• Earn $75-100/week per participant

This is paid work. Not volunteering. Your lived experience is valuable.

Who This Is For

You're a good fit if:

• Formerly incarcerated, 2+ years out and stable
• Passionate about helping others succeed
• Reliable (can commit to weekly check-ins)
• Comfortable with basic tech (phone, texting, simple app)
• Want to earn money using your experience
